CAD Design And 3D-Printed Prototypes

StengelM3 turns an idea into a part you can hold. Fidget design is the specialty.

CAD render of a black fidget with a green gear ring, a rocker switch, a bearing and three orange texture strips that swap in and out.

Services

Three kinds of work, done on their own or as one project from sketch to finished part.

  • CAD Design

A sketch, a photo or a set of measurements becomes a 3D model that is ready to print or to machine.

  • 3D-Printed Prototypes

A printed part in your hand, so you can check the fit, the feel and the look before you commit to more.

  • Fidget Design

Spinners, sliders and clickers designed around how they feel in the hand, tuned one prototype at a time.

Designs

Rendered straight from the CAD models, before a single part is printed.

CAD render of a gold sphere with an open cage top around a bearing, on a round base.

How A Project Works

  1. Share The Idea

Send a sketch, a photo or a description of what the part has to do.

  2. Review The Model

You get pictures of the 3D model to check before anything is printed.

  3. Hold The Prototype

The part is printed so you can try it in your own hands.

  4. Adjust And Repeat

Your notes go back into the model until the part is right.

Start A Project

Say what you want to make. A sketch or a photo is enough to begin.
